Overview - Main Elements

eDocument Delivery

Raw Data, such as Statements and Invoices are uploaded by you, to the Document Master solution, servers. This can be by means of any print stream, data upload, CD, flash stick, hard drive, tape streamer or the preferred FTP method.

The documents uploaded are then compiled into aesthetically pleasing, uniformly compiled, branded, 128 bit encrypted, PDF documents, which can then be sent to  specific electronic destinations i.e. your clients by email, fax, SMS, MMS to mobile phones, tablets, PC’s, laptops  at up to 1,2 million documents per hour.

eDocument Scanning

Hardcopy documents (paper documents) such as, Pay slips, Delivery Notes, GRV’s or Waybills can be bulk scanned or individually scanned by users in any remote  location, then uploaded to, and Automatically Indexed by the Document Master solution. Authorised users using password protection, can retrieve any document from any location that has an internet connection.

These documents can be linked to their respective counterparts e.g. Payslip to Time sheet and Delivery Note to Invoice to Statement to Credit Note, for easy retrieval and re-sending


All data and documents uploaded to HammerEDD, are automatically archived for 7 years, in compliance with SARS, Company Act and ECT Act, SABS and audit requirements, available online to as many authorized users as the client requires and can be sent and resent to any electronic destination in an instant and all for a once- off upload fee. Digitally archiving reduces document storage costs. Never lose a document ever again.
