The Document Master solution is a tried and tested, purpose-built software program that can process up to 20 000 documents a minute

Multiple Data Formats

The Document Master systems supports multiple incoming data formats. Uploaded data is converted to a 100% dot-for-dot electronic copy of the original document. Documents are automatically indexed and archived and can then be distributed via email, fax, MMS, SMS.

Unique Profile

Each document that is processed through the Document Master solution, is assigned a unique profile, containing specific information that defines the rules and parameters for delivering or searching for the document.

Encryption

All data types (raw data) or scanned are converted to secure 128 bit encrypted PDF documents and merged with a PDF version of your company stationery to create aesthetically pleasing electronic stationary.

 

Compression

Using unique compression methods, PDF files are a fraction of normal scanned documents, which enables you to upload them fast.

Universal Format

PDF is the de facto standard and universal file format for electronic document distribution, because it can be viewed and printed by anyone using the free Adobe Reader. We use Adobe Reader, NOT some unknown decryption software.

Marketing

Live linked adverts can placed in the ‘white space’ on your stationary. You can advertise your own products or sell the advertising space to your suppliers, which enables you to add to your business revenue by cross-selling. Sell more to existing customers.

Advert Tracking

If customers click on any of the adverts on the document sent out by email, we can generate reports to tell you, who clicked on which advert. Your sales team can then take action and contact the client to offer your services. Sell more product. Keep your clients updated.
